The Challenge: Increasing video content +100% in less than a year

Hormel Foods is a global leader in food manufacturing and food distribution. They also own and operate many Food Brands (Skippy, Applegate Farms, and SPAM to name a few) with a huge demand for video content, both for internal corporate communications and externally for promotion and education. In 2018, they produced over 300 videos across their different food brands. They have an internal team and video studio which handles a large portion of this content, but last year, Hormel Foods wanted to double their output for video content without acquiring all the extra risks and costs associated with expanding their internal teams, hardware and processes.
